Shipping

United States, for now.

Every piece is printed to order. Standard pieces post within 3 days; engraved and custom work takes 3–7 days depending on quantity.

Shipping is $4.95 on orders under $20 and free at $20 and over, charged at checkout; the amount shows before you pay.

One shipping charge covers the whole order. A bulk batch of ten to twenty-five is always over $20, so it always ships free.

Returns and refunds

Custom and engraved pieces are made to order for one person — no refunds on those.

A tag that does not read on arrival is our problem, not yours — write to [email protected] with a photo and we replace it.

Privacy

Each tag ships blank. What you write to it — a link, a contact card, the details themselves — lives on the chip and in the link it opens; none of it is saved with Replegend. There is no account, no password, nothing here to breach.

Whatever the tag opens is shown to whoever taps it — that is the product. We store nothing about you, the site runs no analytics, and it is served by Cloudflare.

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and shipping address; we receive what is needed to print and post the order — name, address, for a custom piece the name to print, and for Done-For-You Setup the destination you typed at checkout.

The finder page offers to attach the finder's location to a text message. That happens on the finder's own phone, only if they allow it, and nothing is sent until they press send.

Terms

• A Replegend tag is a personal communication aid. It is not a certified medical ID, not a medical device, and not monitored by anyone. Nobody is obliged to tap it.
• You fill the tag in, you test it, you keep it current. What it shows is what you put on it.
• NFC reading depends on the finder's phone. We make no promise that any given phone will read the tag.
• Prices are in US dollars and include nothing not shown at checkout.
